The Company will put its best effort to guarantee that the pricing and price-related information on the website/s are accurate.

PROMOTIONAL CODES:
We may send you discount vouchers occasional through email or promotional materials.
Free shipping offers are only valid for the entry-level delivery option. Free delivery on new-season orders is only available on full-priced products. Only the shipping is free in all cases. All other taxes, tariffs, and customs fees, if leviable, will be chargeable.
Each promotional discount voucher/code is unique to the recipient, is not transferable and has no monetary value i.e, it no circumstance such a voucher/code can be converted into cash. Each of such discount voucher/ code comes with a fixed expiry date, which will be specified at the time of the offer or on accompanying promotional materials. The said date of expiry of a voucher/code is non-changeable. Some discount codes/vouchers can be redeemed both in-store and online, while others might be valid for online purchases only. Again, this will be specified at the time of promotion and on promotional materials.
When a promotional voucher/code is used to place an order that includes several products, the amount of the discount is divided among them based on the pro-rated value of each item. Any refund for an item purchased in such an order will be reduced by the amount of the discount. The ‘discount’ will not be refunded.
If a discount code is defective or out of date, the value of that code cannot be deducted from an order; no replacement codes will be provided.

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES & TERMS:

Shipping will be charged additionally based on location and logistics partner.

The ordered goods will be delivered to the address entered by you on the website. If we are unable to deliver the goods within the specified delivery timeline, then the ordered items will be delivered to the address provided by you on the website. If we fail to deliver the products within the given delivery timeline, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you will be entitled to cancel the order and get a refund or credit for any money paid by you or debited from your account.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage you might suffer as a result of any reasonable or unavoidable delivery delay.
All orders are accepted subject to product availability. In case any ordered products are not immediately available, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund or credit any sums paid or debited from your account in full.
All the abovesaid time frame are subject to the condition every claim regarding delivery of order, including the non-receipt of order shall be notified to DNB store within …days from the expected date of delivery of the said order as reflected at the platform. If you fail to notify the non-receipt of the order within the time framed so specified, it shall be construed as delivery of the order in question and DNB Store shall not be liable for any claim raised in respect to non-delivery of the same thereafter.
EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our duties under these terms if the delay or failure is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control. All your statutory right shall be subject to this condition.
RETURN POLICY:
DNB specifically states that whether it accepts a return of goods is entirely at its own discretion except, in case where the return of goods is the result of the failure on the part of DNB to supply the relevant goods in accordance with the order.
Products cannot be returned if the particular design or embroidery work on the goods has been affected, and/or the client has used the goods and/or added the design or embroidery work themselves.
The return period is 10 days from the date of delivery – as long as the product is unused and the price tags are intact.
Return of or refund for purchased Products shall not be entertained and DNB shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product by DNB if:
DNB is satisfied that the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort;
The returned products have been returned after being Washed
the User has destroyed or discarded the price tags, brand tags, box, original packing material, and related accessories;
the serial number/bar code of the Product, as applicable, does not match DNB’s records;
the gifts accompanying the purchased Product have not been returned, or upon being returned, show signs of being used, washed, or defect;
DNB is satisfied that the Product has been rendered defective or unusable by you; or
if the User in any way breaches the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
A User is permitted to fully or partially cancel orders prior to its dispatch from DNB.
On placing an order on the Platforms, the User will obtain a unique tracking identity number, which will allow them to track their orders’ delivery status after DNB has successfully handed over to its Logistic Partner (as described in Delivery Policy). Prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, should the User decide to cancel the purchase, the User can do so by referencing the unique tracking identity number received by the User and requesting DNB to process a cancellation by sending an email to dsfasionapassion2021@gmail.com
REFUND- In all events of cancellation prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, DNB shall initiate refunds within15(Fifteen) working business days from the date on which it received the request from the User.
When a User cancels an order prior to the Products being dispatched, DNB will reimburse the User within 15 (fifteen) working days from the day it received the request. In all cases, the refund will be provided to you through the original payment method. Bank costs and other applicable charges may be deducted from refunds by the User’s bank.
Cancellation after dispatch: The post-dispatch cancellation of orders shall not be accepted.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:
All content and materials available on DNB, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images and logos are the intellectual property of DNB, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. DNB grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of the Site and the Service.

Your failure to enforce any of the term of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of a future breach of that or any other condition of these Terms and Conditions.
